Seven Ways to Prevent Yoga Teacher's Burnout

I burned out 13 years ago and took me to Matt. In order to be a teacher of yoga, I say that the big influence of yoga on my life is not so much as I knew, but as an international peacekeeper who I am traveling to a noble position ,
Many of you who are reading this article may already be engaged in regular practice of yoga. And the opportunity was that some of the disasters - mental, physical, emotional or otherwise - that initially led you to Matt. Or was it just curiosity? Either way, I am here!

My teachings since my desire to share the valuable gift that yoga gave to me with other people has been my teaching since orphanage and prison from a dangerous community, luxurious international yoga festival, I am taking me to a room with a rich living. Early in my yoga instruction career, in addition to at least one studio class every day, I had the day when I taught up to five private clients.

As a fellow teacher appreciates and agrees, we will stand in front of the students, bring their toes and heels together, invite them to inhale and exhale and soften them . We have already spent hours preparing time. For me, the actual instructions are the easiest part, but it's not simple, but easy. Students entering the yoga studio and choosing to step on the mat will have great vulnerabilities and we will never know how this will become apparent. Regardless of whether you taught a single person, you love to have courage, faith, determination, discrimination, humility, intuition, wisdom, and especially what appears, hold up to 90 minutes of space love. Thousand people

To me, teaching yoga is not a job. It is a huge blessing and a deep privilege. And as such, it requires a large dose of responsibility and responsibility. The power of yoga has spread beyond the limits of physical exercise.

One thing I noticed is a full-time yoga teacher In the past few years, when your passion is also in your life, please do your best like Energizer Bunny. And that could lead to burnouts that initially led us to Matt.

Since providing yoga is seeking to penetrate every aspect of our existence, we need to pay special attention to exceptional care of the mind, body and spirit . In other words, we need to practice what we teach. Given the nature of our business, we can be confident that we are already prepared to prevent burnout, due to self-consciousness and self-regulation.
There are some gems of my self care toolkit.

Manage time: This is especially important if your teaching tows you across the town, nationwide or the planet. When possible, schedule time for decompression between major gigs so that your body and soul are recharged.

Healthy fly: When traveling by air, you have to be as comfortable as possible, drink plenty of water and bring along your favorite health snacks and essential oils. Increase your vitamin intake - Bs, C, and especially zinc.

Break: If time discrepancy or lack of sleep abandons your biorhythm, try yoga nidra. I can do it!

Please concentrate on your own exercise: create 'time of power'. You can ask at least 60 minutes to dig into every aspect of practice.

Take a bodywork treatment: make this a regular part of maintenance. Relax with anything including massage, Reiki, facial, steam bath, sauna.

Please spend quality time with people important in your life, such as partners, family, friends, pets. And friends other than yoga - they will not take your yo-yos self seriously!
